RECRUITING PROCESS
We strongly encourage you to come to at least one event so that we can meet you.
Bids are distributed at the end of the recruiting period. Those who receive a bid must respond ASAP to indicate their decision to join or not. Those who do not receive a bid are encouraged to try and join in future semesters.

PLEDGE PROCESS (6 Weeks)
You will meet once a week with our Vice President of Pledge Education and your fellow pledges. During this period, you will have a big brother to assist you with anything fraternally related.
Each week you will take a quiz on the history of the fraternity, see presentations on professional development, and have a chance to get to know other members. At the end of the process, you will take a final exam which is comprised of all the questions from previous quizzes (no tricks) and you must score at least 80%. Nobody in the history of Bryant has failed, and we are certain you will do fine as well.
Pledges must also hold a professional event, community service event, and fundraising event. The pledge class will work together to delegate positions in order to execute these tasks.
